The information concerning the letter was revealed by the Politico media which delivered excerpts from the note in its publication on its site. “ After speaking with U.S., Ukrainian and foreign leaders working to support Ukraine at the Munich Security Conference last month, we believe the United States needs to carefully consider providing F-16 aircraft to Ukraine ,” the senators wrote. “It would be an important and potentially game-changing capability on the battlefield ,” the note continues.
