Budd Dairy Food Hall has been named one of the best food halls in the country by USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.
The Italian Village food hall was named among the top 10 food halls in the country. The food hall was nominated, with voters later ranking it 4th and beating out food halls in Nashville, Baltimore, San Diego and San Antonio.
Cameron Mitchell Restaurants opened Budd Dairy Food Hall in a renovated 19th-century dairy in 2021 and has since served as an incubator for up-and-coming restaurants. The food hall currently features Cousins Maine Lobster, Modern Southern Table, The Cheesecake Girl, Cluck Norris, Borgata Pizza, Pokebap, Boni Filipino Street Food, Tacos Rudos, Alphabetical and the “Hatch” rotating vendor space currently occupied by Marlow’s Cheesesteaks.
The food hall also features a bar, lounge, rooftop patio and beer garden.
A few Ohio restaurants and attractions have recently made 10Best lists, including ZipZone Outdoor Adventures and Hocking Hills Canopy Tours for best aerial adventure park, Middle West Spirits for best craft vodka distillery, Mrs. Yoder’s Kitchen in Mt. Hope for best buffet restaurant, Nomad Ridge at The Wilds in Cumberland for best glamping spot and Castaway Bay in Sandusky for best indoor water park.
